5hhh Terms and Conditions — Rules Every Player Must Know

Welcome to 5hhh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 5hhh ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the 5hhh website, mobile applications, games, sports betting services, payment systems and any other features offered under the 5hhh brand at 5hhh.pro.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or launching any game on 5hhh, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the 5hhh platform.

These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

5hhh reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated through in-platform notifications or email where applicable.

To register and use 5hhh you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 5hhh platform is strictly for adults. Any person found to be under 18 will have their account closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be registering as a genuine individual using your own accurate personal information. Corporate accounts, fictitious identities and accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active 5hhh account. Each person is allowed exactly one account. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be merged or closed and associated balances reviewed.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise restricted from accessing the 5hhh platform under any prior arrangement or request you have made.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, email address and a Pakistani mobile number. 5hhh may request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a CNIC, passport or utility bill — to confirm the information you have provided. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or restrictions on withdrawals.

Your 5hhh account is personal to you. The following rules apply to all accounts on the platform:

• One account per player. Operating more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information. All personal details you provide must be truthful and kept up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly. 5hhh is not responsible for failed communications caused by outdated information.
• Login credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with anyone. 5hhh will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility.
• Account currency. All 5hhh accounts operate exclusively in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). There is no option to switch account currency.
• Inactive accounts. Accounts that have no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as inactive. 5hhh will communicate with the registered email before any administrative action is taken on an inactive account.

5hhh reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any account at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests or adjusting account limits. This is a standard part of our commitment to platform security and fair play.

5hhh supports the following PKR deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet instant transfer
• Raast — State Bank of Pakistan instant payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard inter-bank transfer in PKR
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard

All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Deposits made from payment methods that do not match your verified account name may be declined or subject to additional verification.

5hhh does not charge a fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside 5hhh's control. You are responsible for any charges levied by your payment provider.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts that are owned and controlled by you personally. Using a payment account belonging to another person — family member or otherwise — is not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

Withdrawals from 5hhh are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This matching requirement is in place to protect players and prevent fraudulent fund movement.

• Withdrawal requests require a verified account. If your identity verification is incomplete, withdrawals will be held until verification is successfully completed.
• Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times are displayed in the cashier section and vary by payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable daily or weekly limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• 5hhh does not impose arbitrary delays on withdrawal processing. Once approved, funds are dispatched through the selected payment channel without unnecessary holding.
• In the event that a withdrawal needs to be reviewed — for example, where a large or unusual request triggers a security check — 5hhh will notify you and aim to complete the review promptly.

5hhh reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-value. This is a standard anti-fraud and player protection measure and is not intended to penalise legitimate winners.

5hhh offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply across the platform:

• Wagering requirements. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be played through before a withdrawal can be made. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet toward the wagering requirement; other game types such as Sports Betting, Fish Games and Bingo may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry. Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe will expire and the bonus balance will be removed from the account.
• One bonus at a time. Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Personal use only. Bonuses are issued for personal account use only. Any attempt to transfer, sell or abuse bonus offers — including coordinated play across multiple accounts — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
• Maximum bet while on bonus. A maximum bet limit applies while a player has an active bonus balance. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. The applicable limit is stated in each promotion's terms.

5hhh reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is modified after you have already opted in and begun wagering, the original terms at the time of opt-in will apply to the funds already credited.

The 5hhh sports betting section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic tournaments), Football, Esports and other sporting events as listed in the sportsbook at any given time. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on 5hhh:

• Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by 5hhh. We reserve the right to decline, limit or refuse any bet at our discretion, including bets from accounts under review.
• Odds. Odds are subject to change up to the point that a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. If odds change between you clicking "place bet" and the bet being processed, you will be notified of the new price.
• Bet settlement. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For Cricket, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures.
• Void bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match abandonment, event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, system errors or circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance at the stake amount.
• In-play betting. Live in-play betting is available on selected Cricket and Football events. In-play odds update rapidly and bets placed during live events are subject to a short acceptance delay to account for data transmission timing.
• Accumulator bets. Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are available. If one selection in an accumulator is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at revised combined odds.

5hhh offers Slot Games, Fish Games and Bingo rooms. All RNG-based games operate on certified random number generation software. The following applies to game play across the platform:

• Fair play. All game outcomes are produced by certified RNG systems. No outcome can be predicted, influenced or manipulated by 5hhh or by any player. Each spin, card draw, Fish Game shot and Bingo number draw is an independent random event.
• RTP (Return to Player). RTP percentages for Slot titles are published on individual game information pages. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee results in any individual session.
• Game availability. 5hhh may add, remove or suspend specific game titles at any time. Maintenance windows may temporarily affect game availability. Bets that are interrupted by a technical issue during a game round will be settled according to the game state recorded at the point of interruption.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Bingo rooms. Bingo prize pools are calculated based on ticket sales and stake levels in each specific room. Full house and line prizes are distributed to the first player(s) to complete the required pattern. Tied results are split equally between winners.
• Fish Games. Fish Games are multiplayer shooting games where players spend ammunition (credits) to catch fish that carry different point values. Boss kill events offer elevated rewards when a boss fish is defeated. Results depend on the RNG outcome of each shot landing on a fish target.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5hhh platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one account or using false identity information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or technical errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with games or place bets
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer games
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or processing deposits from third-party accounts
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to cycle funds without genuine play intent
• Abusing bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly not intended
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 5hhh staff through any channel
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or interfere with platform security

5hhh collects and processes personal data in order to operate the platform, verify player identities, process payments and comply with applicable obligations. The full details of what data we collect, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights in relation to it are set out in the 5hhh Privacy Policy.

Key points to understand about data on 5hhh:

• Personal data you provide during registration and verification is held securely and is not sold to unrelated third parties.
• Payment data is handled through encrypted channels. 5hhh does not store full card numbers or full mobile wallet credentials on its own servers.
• 5hhh may share data with identity verification providers, payment processors and relevant authorities where required by law or to prevent fraud.
• By registering, you consent to 5hhh contacting you about your account, transactions and platform updates via your registered email and mobile number. You can manage marketing communication preferences in your account settings.

5hhh is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult players. Gaming on 5hhh should be treated as entertainment within a budget you are comfortable with — never as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Deposit limits. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately or increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders. You can configure time-based reminders that notify you when a certain amount of time has passed during a gaming session, helping you stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion. If you feel your gaming is becoming difficult to manage, you can request a self-exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion prevents all access to the platform for the chosen duration and cannot be reversed early.
• Reality checks. Balance and net win/loss information is available in your account at all times so you always know your current position.

Either you or 5hhh may close your account. The following conditions apply:

• Player-initiated closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 5hhh support. Before closure, any real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recent payment method after identity verification is confirmed.
• Platform-initiated closure. 5hhh reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, operating under a false identity or involved in any conduct detrimental to the platform or other players.
• Balance on closure. If an account is closed by 5hhh due to a Terms breach, the disposition of any remaining balance will depend on the nature and severity of the breach. Genuine real-money funds unrelated to the breach will generally be returned; bonus funds and associated winnings from abusive activity may be forfeited.
• Re-registration after closure. Players whose accounts have been closed for serious breaches are not permitted to re-register. 5hhh uses device and payment fingerprinting to detect re-registration attempts by closed accounts.

5hhh provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that it will be free from interruption, error or data loss at all times. Specifically:

• 5hhh is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, game interruptions caused by technical faults, or incorrect odds or game information caused by data feed errors, provided that affected bets and rounds are handled fairly in accordance with these Terms.
• 5hhh is not liable for losses that result from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• 5hhh is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking infrastructure or circumstances outside our direct control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 5hhh's liability for fraud committed by 5hhh itself, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5hhh's total aggregate liability to any player arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5hhh may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide advance notice through in-platform messaging or via your registered email address.

Your continued use of the 5hhh platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real-money balance before the change takes effect.
